After each meeting, return your binders using the prepaid shipping label. We shred the contents, recondition the leather, and prepare them for the next cycle. Sustainability meets luxury.

The Pen

Can I combine both products?

Absolutely. Our Legacy Suite Bundle includes both Fax Portal and Printed Board Books for $125,000/year — a savings of $9,000 over purchasing separately. You get the immediacy of fax with the permanence of leather-bound archival documents.

What if a board member doesn’t have a fax machine?

We offer a Fax Machine Provisioning add-on ($2,400/unit, installed by a certified technician). We recommend the Panasonic KX-FL421, which pairs beautifully with our transmission protocol. Alternatively, the director can pick one up at any office supply store that still exists.

Is the fax transmission encrypted?

Fax transmissions travel as audio signals over the public switched telephone network (PSTN). They are not encrypted in the traditional sense, but intercepting a fax requires physically tapping a phone line, which is significantly more effort than most threat actors are willing to invest. We consider this “security through inconvenience.”

What happens if the board book gets lost in transit?

Our courier obtains a signature on delivery. If a package is lost, we reprint and redeliver within 72 hours at no additional charge. The original board book is considered compromised and should be reported to your general counsel, who will appreciate having something to do.

Can I search for text within a printed board book?

Yes. Each board book includes a professionally typeset table of contents and an index. For full-text search, we recommend reading the entire document. Studies show this improves retention compared to Ctrl+F, though it does take considerably longer.

Do you offer international delivery?

Fax Portal works with any international fax number. Printed Board Books can be delivered to the US, Canada, and the UK. International courier delivery is available at $350/book. Customs declarations list the contents as “governance materials (leather-bound).”
